I haven't seen any form of changelog posted, but from what I can tell (unless something specific was added to a route that I haven't chosen) the update just continues the cliffhanger with Julie that

It resolves the incident, but still ends the game on a "to be continued" screen that prevents you from exploring the town anymore. So the only thing really added was some character development for Julie/Grandma and a bit of dialogue. Scene wise you get some awkward flirting with Julie and a short dream sequence that doesn't finish.

what do you mean "short dream sequence that doesn't finish?"
The update is short, essentially one small chain of sequences resolving Julies kidnapping and bringing your aunt and cousin into the house.
What dream sequence are you talking about?

my man you just said FACTS, thank you. This is for fap, put me a nice story and thats it, i never ever gonna play this games if i want a real game experience, this thing some people will never understand and i dont know why.

Fuck I haven't played this game in a long time, now it actually has a decent amount of content. Dorothy has by far the best scenes in the game.
