I love the ideals of Mushin. That nothing can be broken beyond repair, and that it is in fact more now, because of its breaking. This is such a lovely piece because it shows that like Kintsukuroi pottery, living things too are made better for what they have endured. This piece hits very close to home for me, as I do tend to associate myself with lion imagery. Thank you for sharing this.
